A Thai Sam-Rap: in Relational

Balance

A recipe booklet for Ken Lin's learning from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Bangkok — built around 借味 and กลมกล่อม, tracing how a Taiwanese cook reads Thai cuisine through the relational logic of a Sam-Rap meal.

Hand-drawn illustration meets clean editorial structure, treating each dish as both recipe and idea — where food carries a concept note, and the design reflects the same thoughtfulness Ken brings to the table.

Neverland

Three limited-edition icons for Neverland's University of Michigan rivalry beanie collection — where the brief was to make something with enough character to carry a product line.

A retro American cartoon aesthetic anchors each icon, with every line weight and color chosen to survive small-scale embroidery and still read clearly on fabric.

FORMOSA

FORMOSA reimagines Taiwan's diverse ecosystems through its smallest inhabitants — translating microorganism patterns from mountains, wetlands, and coastlines into generative AI art.

The work spans physical glass bricks and a 3D interactive installation, layering digital and tactile experiences to make microscopic ecology visible and navigable.

Zine

Zine・Beef Noodle Soup

A zine about my design background and philosophy — who I am, where I came from, and where I'm going.

The layout pairs candid writing with hand-set type to make the personal feel tangible and printable. The format is the message.

Jean Chu

A full event identity centered on Jean Chu herself — where the person became the brief, and her presence shaped every visual decision from the ground up.

The system spans posters, cards, and printed game inserts, each built from the same illustrative character.
